We are delighted to be starting our comprehensive bunker renovation programme designed to modernise the course, reduce overall sand areas, and create a more welcoming layout for golfers of all abilities.

With 99 bunkers currently in play, this project focuses on improving playability while maintaining the character of the course. By reducing sand areas and refining bunker placement, we aim to enhance both strategy and enjoyment for all golfers.

The first phase will start on the 7th hole, two bunkers will be filled in and turfed, while the remaining two will be reshaped and lined with Duraliner. The right-hand green bunker will also be repositioned to better reflect the demands of modern play. This marks an exciting step forward in the ongoing evolution of the course
